Return and Refund Policy

- Fees for transaction processing or related consulting are generally non-refundable once the service has started, as resources are allocated immediately.
- If you cannot attend a scheduled consultation or support session, you may request rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice. We will attempt to provide an alternative slot within a reasonable timeframe.
- If we cancel or fail to deliver a service due to our own fault, you are entitled to a full refund.
2. Digital Products
- Digital deliverables (e.g., templates, system documentation, or online reports) are non-refundable once access or delivery has occurred.
- If a file is defective or inaccessible, we will provide a replacement. If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
3. Physical Goods
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging.

- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned product, to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Refunds, where applicable, are initiated within 14 business days of approval. Actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed services, including transaction validations and consulting hours already delivered, are non-refundable since the work has been performed.
- Custom-built digital solutions are non-refundable once delivered, as they are tailored to your requirements.
